Shipping and delivery

We ship to Australian addresses only using our nominated carriers.

Shipping options, charges and estimated delivery timeframes are shown at checkout. These timeframes are estimates only and actual delivery times may vary.

Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you when they are delivered to the delivery address you provide, or to your nominated representative or place of collection.

You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address is correct and that someone is available to receive the order where a signature is required. If an order is returned to us because it could not be delivered or was unclaimed, we may charge you for re-delivery.
